| I wanted to let you all know of some changes that will be happening and taking effect as soon as possible.
The first, I noticed some of the Captains and Vice Captains aren't active, as in, they have no posted in a very long time, and I am considering taking them off the list of Captains and Vice Captains.
To be a captain/Vice Captain, you have to be active for your division, in order to help them to the best of your abilities. That means all your threads have to be up to date and new threads must be made accordingly. I have noticed alot of the captains we have now have let their division go to the ruins, by not posting and keeping it active.
I will issue a warning to ALL captains & Vice captains who are NOT active, and give them a week to bring up their activity. If I see that there is no change in activity within a week, I have the right to remove and replace you.
Second, I will be getting together with all the Current Active Captains to discuss our first BTFS wide war. Maybe it can be something like a competition, captain vs captain and VC vs VC. Im not sure about the details, as we still have yet to discuss them.
Thirdly, since Arashi will be on a leave for a while, he has appointed me to run things smoothly around BTFS! I look forward to working with you all!
